Thin Line Glass is a stained glass project that honors first responders. This series mixes stained glass methods with innovative techniques including sandblasting, painting, etching, and lasering to create works of art that honor first responders. Each piece is custom-made by our team of artists, and can be customized with your preferred colors, insignias, and text inscriptions. AMERICAN CHROMESTAR

The American Chromestar showcases hybrid stars and stripes. Chromestars were invented for this piece, and they appear to twinkle when there is dynamic motion behind the flag. They also have a reflective element that twinkles and reflects light from within the room. The Translucent Mirror stripes glow in the sunlight, and reflect light when front-lit. The Electrochrome stripe grabs the eye with its dynamic texture, and reflects an electric shock of brilliant color when light reflects on the front of the piece. The customizable inscription on the bottom is made of pure mirror and the stripe can be created in red, light blue, dark blue or purple.

AMERICAN REFLECTION

The American Reflection is best experienced when back-lit, as the transparent color stripe ripples in the sunlight. The background field and stripes are reflective allowing you to see yourself in the flag while creating a softness in the appearance of the overall piece. The stars and stripes scatter direct and ambient light that luminesces in the piece when back-lit. The colored stripe is made of water glass, and the sideswipe perspective gives the overall piece a unique view of the Thin Line Glass American flag. The stripe colors are available in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, or gray. The color of the glass will match the color of the dowels on the back.

AMERICAN BANNER

The American Banner stained glass flag features a high contrast between the stars, the field, the stripes, and the opalescent colored glass. The rich black enamel encases the luminescent white stars and stripes, which radiate light with ambient and direct light. In direct sunlight, the colored line stands out strongly, and also displays vibrancy in low light conditions. It is versatile and is bold in a windowless room, on a wall, or in a window. This is our most affordable Thin Line Glass Flag and can be custom-inscribed with a message on the bottom. The stripe can be red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, gray, or any combination of colors.

The American Grit stained glass flag features a distressed, weathered look in the stars, stripes, and inscription. Each piece is unique and looks best when backlit in direct sunlight. The rich color of the ripple glass filters brightly through the gritted ripple glass stripe and white light scatters through the etched stars and stripes. The grit also gives an organic element to the piece and contrast, which captures the eye. The shiny metal of the frame and of the leadwork completes the piece and adds an element of elegance to the stained glass. The stripe can be red, orange, yellow, green, blue, mirror, or any combination of the listed colors (example a red + blue stripe).

The American Dark Mirror stained glass flag features the stars and stripes as reflective eye-catching mirror, contrasted with black. This piece is well-suited as a wall-hanging because the color of the stripe remains brilliant when front lit, and the contrachrome stars and stripes glimmer in ambient, low, and bright indoor light sources. The Glacier Translucent Art Glass glows distinctly when back lit, and stands out against all other elements of the flag. The inscription on the bottom is customizable and is also written in mirror. INDUSTRIALIZED MEDALLION

The Industrialized Medallion is a mixed media work of art combining metal, mirror, art glass, vitreous paints, and traditional stained glass leadwork. Any seal, insignia, or logo can be captured in the medallion. The water glass border shimmers in the light, and the opalescent squares at the cardinal directions radiate light when backlit. The mix of mirror, paint, and sandblasting creates a dynamic focal point in the center of the piece. The expanded metal is made of steel, and is protected from corrosion with black enamel paint. The gravitas of this piece is unmatched by any piece in our series.
